Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Professional to join our team. The Concrete Professional will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare worksites for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
– Measure, cut, and set up formwork according to blueprints and specifications.
– Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment.
– Smooth and finish surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
– Apply curing compounds and other chemicals to promote proper drying and curing.
– Inspect and repair concrete surfaces as necessary.
– Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
– Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven experience in concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.
– Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and curing processes.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
– Proficient in the use of concrete tools and equipment.
– Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
– Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
