Construction Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Concrete Specialist, you’ll work on a variety of commercial concrete projects. Your tasks will vary day-to-day and may include:
- Placing and finishing concrete
- Setting and stripping forms
- Performing basic carpentry and layout
- Installing rebar and reinforcement
- Operating tools and equipment
- Assisting with site prep and cleanup
- Following all job site safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel to different job locations as needed
- Experience in construction or concrete is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent physical condition to perform the manual labor required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Team player with a positive attitude
